Purchased my Frigidaire 20.0 Cu Ft. Top Freezer Refrigerator on 11/9/21. It stopped cooling in May 2023 at just 18 months old. I paid $135 for a repairman to come out. He advised the compressor was bad and the labor to install a new compressor would be $600-800, which is the cost of a new fridge. Then I found other reviews on this model which had the same issues of bad compressors. Not a happy customer Frigidaire! You have an issue and you need to make it right. Already called you.

Very cumbersome unit and wish I had gone to a freezer on the bottom. I am older and would suggest to let people who are older and don't bend and flex well know that it is very difficult to load the frig and be able to see well what you have in it. Too low ! The exterior finish is wonderful . Would trade this unit in a heartbeat if I had the $ or win the sweepstakes.

I've had issues in the past of fridges with all the bells and whistles breaking in bizarre ways. This is a simple freezer on top fridge. It feels like my freezer has not space than my little old drawer on button freezer. The shelves are all adjustable in the fridge including the ones of the door which was exciting to me. We've had it 2 weeks and there hasn't been a single finger another on it, in guessing due to the design of the handles. I'm very happy with the purchase.

I received my new refrigerator 4/1/23 after waiting 5 weeks. Plugged it in and it never got cold. They sent out a warranty repair man to look at it. He said it was the compressor. Wow!! Straight from the factory to!! Argued with the appliance store and i am getting another brand new refrigerator delivered 4/22/23. I love the look of the refrigerator inside and out. I was happy to find a refrigerator that would fit in the space I had allotted in my kitchen. Overall the dimensions were a little smaller than my previous refrigerator but internally there is a lot of space-both refrigerator and freezer. I do wish the legs would allow for the appliance to be leveled but fortunately my floor was fairly level. This refrigerator would not work if your floor isn™€™t level. I™€™m not used to the beeping signal yet that alerts you to the door being open for a very short period of time. Overall, I do like this refrigerator. The fact that it has no handles that stick out but has a recessed area to open the doors with makes it look sleek and neat. So far I am happy with this purchase.

The fridge has a midlevel drawer (along with the more common two hydrator drawers at the bottom} that runs the width of the fridge. Its easy to see what's in it and longer than other fridges. I also like the solid ledge (rather than an open or just a bar) across the door shelves, things don't slip thru. Plus there are less fingerprints on the outside!

I am beyond satisfied with the purchase of our new refrigerator!Our old(16 plus) bottom freezer just died, so we had time to make some calls to get advice on brands. My friends brother is a repairman and said buy a Frigidaire and I was glad I did. This model is sleek to look at and sooooo roomy inside! The doors have nice shelves and I absolutely love the deli drawer????????????
