Horrible customer service. I need the refrigerant charge of a Frigidaire window AC for EPA tracking. The info is not supplied on any of the manuals that I have found. Customer service told me that they do not have that info. They also would not connect me to tech support because I am not an authorized service tech. Ridiculous!

Excellent production of cold air. Temperature control excellent. Easy to navigate with remote. Easy to install.Can not change direction of exiting air flow,A bit on the noisy side but tolerable. Excellent service people answering phone calls.Would definitely buy again.
