At this price range I thought the build quality would be better. The water coming out of the dispensor is not as cold as it was from our last Whirlpool refridgerator. The refridgerator door and the freezer door do not line up, even when adjusted as high as the door will go.

We never thought to confirm whether or not the shelves in the refrigerator were adjustable. Sadly, they are not... and there is barely a 7" height between the shelves. This will drastically change our food buying habits - instead of bulk and larger sizes, we will now have to buy smaller containers so they fit on the shelves.

We™€™ve had our Whirlpool for a week. So far it seems to be working well. A little noisy at times but tolerable. Ice maker is working well. It looks nice in the kitchen. Unfortunately, we had to wait several weeks with multiple delays to get the black unit that we wanted. Still trying to determine best organization for fridge, i.e, where to place meats vs veg and fruits. We™€™ve previously had problems with another brand new fridge, still cautious but hopeful.

We've had the refrigerator about 2 months. No problems to this point. It's quiet. Love the ice maker, I hope it stays in food working order. Currently the ice and water dispenser works great with a good flow of water. Although the refrigerator is rated as good energy usage, time will tell, but it seems the motor for cooling both sides (freezer and refrigerator) runs a lot. So, I'm a little on energy usage.

the refrigerator is NOISY. The ice maker motor even when it's not making ice has the motor spinning on frequent intervals. At night, I can hear it from you from my bedroom. The door also swing open pretty aggressively. I got my unit from Lowe's and they told me they adjusted it as much as possible and it's just built that way.

Brand New Refrigerator Worked for a few weeks

I bought this and after only owning it for weeks, it died. I called a service technician (done under warranty) and he said that these refrigerators are now filled with propane as the cooling gas and that it leaked out. He is coming back to fix it, but this leaves me without our only refrigerator for quite awhile. All my food was spoiled and I am not sure I can get compensated since I didn't take a picture of the spoiled food. Still checking on this.

LATITUDE MARGARITEVILLE REPAIR IT TWICE. THE DOOR AND INSIDE WERE ABSOLUTELY FILTHY AND THE DRAWERS DO NOT GO IN AND OUT VERY WELL AND STICK. THE WAS TAPE AND STICKY STUFF IN SPOTS ON THEM. Quality defects and incorrect high on drawing

The unit showed up was defective with the 2 doors out of alignment. Additionally, I had specifically selected this unit because according to the drawings the dimension to top of cabinet was less then 68 inches. When the unit arrived a quick measurement indicated that the high of the refrigerator was 68+ inches and would not fit under my kitchen cabinets. The unit was returned and incorrect dimensions on drawings was reported to customer service.

Refrigerator side doesn't cool.

This refrigerator came as part of the appliance package on our new home from the builder. We closed on the house 12/30/21 and the refrigerator has never cooled properly. Our milk turning sour within 3 - 4 days and at first we thought we were just getting bad milk. I put a thermometer in the refrigerator and it was only cooling to 45 degrees on the coldest setting. We called Whirlpool and a technician came and diagnosed the problem and ordered a part. He came back a week later and installed the part. There was minor improvement as now the refrigerator cooled to 42 degrees. We called again and a tech came back on 3/8/22, checked it out and said it needed a new control board. We were told it would be in about 3/31/22. It is now 4/28/22 and still not fixed. The service company has received the control board but can't get us into their schedule until 5/20/22. I've called Whirlpool again to complain but was told nothing can be done. So here I am going on 5 months with a refrigerator that won't keep milk and Whirlpool doesn't care enough to do anything about it. I told them this situation is unacceptable, no one should have to deal with a new refrigerator that doesn't function correctly and I wanted it replaced, but they aren't willing to do anything. I am not confident that changing the control board is going to fix it but all I can do is wait and see. Another issue with this refrigerator is how the water dispenser spout is located flush with the front of the refrigerator. There are always a couple of drips and they run down the front of the refrigerator which leaves a stain on the stainless steel that won't come off. This appears to be a poorly engineered refrigerator and based on this experience it will be the last Whirlpool appliance I will ever buy!

Refrigerator - not cooling properly

We bought this with our new house and it hasn't cooled properly since we've had it - put a thermometer in it and it isn't cooler than 40 degrees. Had the technician once and he ordered a part - no reason a brand new refrigerator shouldn't cool properly. I'll give it a better rating when it's either exchanged or fixed.

Was under bought extended warranty but waited ovee 4 months for part from whirlpool, n ended up refunding my purchase pricw, but had to buy a new 1, n it was almost $500 more for same 1, so not such a good deal n to be without fridge for 4 months in summer was brutal n expensive.

Nice fridge. Our old GE finally gave out. Wasn™€™t looking for a whirlpool necessarily but a fridge pretty quick. Only issue is the meat and veggie bins don™€™t slide out real smooth. Other issue is the ice stopped dispensing. After some detective work, we found the problem. The chute where the ice comes out of the bin in the freezer into the door moves loose a little sometimes on the door. The chute hits the light switch which tells the fridge the door is shut to dispense ice. It just has to be push back over a bit to hit the switch.

Broke down after 1month

Within a month of getting this refrigerator all the food on the fridge started to freeze. The freezer side started to create frost. Called whirlpool customer service and they sent a tech. The tech said he needed to order a new part because it wasn™€™t working. After two weeks of not hearing from anyone, I called whirlpool and they said that the piece was just been delivered and that they will fixed it within a week. In conclusion, I got a new fridge that didn™€™t work, rather than offering a new one. I had to wait 1 week to get a tech, 2 weeks for a part, 1 week to be installed, and lost over $200 worth on food.

Great refrigerator

Just as the title says great refrigerator. Cooled down very easily, installer forgot to hook up the ice maker but I was able to get it put together. Love all the drawers it has and the shelves that can be adjusted in the door. The light in the fridge is very easy on the eyes. Large size and very classy.

Ice dispenser & temperature control

The ice dispenser jams a lot, unable to use the crushed ice then cube it jams up.. The temperature in the fridge does not stay cold unless it maxed..

Broken In 1st month

Very Disappointed due to the refrigerator already went out less then a month. When the warranty repair man came out he couldn't fix it and had to order the parts. Also it takes a long time to get an appointment for the repair...
