Works well. The only reason we knocked off a star is I am supposed to be able to scan food products and it automatically sets the oven temp and time. But every product we scanned came up with a message that the product is not recognized. Too bad. That feature would have been useful.

I was looking for a new stove and found this one. I love the way it looks So far it has worked better than expected. I already have an air fryer so I do not know if I will use this function although the air fryer basket comes with this stove. Some other gas stoves do not have that.

I had to buy a new oven and was more annoyed then excited but have been pleased with the new oven. Burners are varied which is nice. Air fryer I am not so thrilled about. But overall good

My wife absolutely loves this SMART GAS RANGE Its easy to use and has more capabilities than any stove range weve ever owned. one of the most beneficial features has to be the air fryer convection oven. When we reheat fried or deep-fried foods from a restaurant that we may have taken home the food is nearly the same as it was when it was initially served. Thats pretty remarkable.

Installed stove in December. Love the stove but the door has rust spots where the blue coating is missing. Contacted LG no less than 8 times trying to get a new door and given different information every time. I truly expected better from LG. I only want a brand new expensive appliance to be defect free. Appliances are greatl as long as you dont have an issue and have to get LG involved.

I bought this stove 3-4 weeks ago and i LOVE the way it looks and how fast it cooks. I have veggies done in 30 min where my previous stove would take an hour. I love the extra burner and not have a top back piece makes it look sleek and shows my backsplash perfect.

I bought this range a few weeks ago and it has been a wonderful stove The stove top gives even flame and the oven temperature is spot on. It is quite an upgrade from what I had before so this new range has been a joy to cook and bake on.

The oven cooks a lot more evenly than our previous stove. I love the style of the stove especially the blue inside. My biggest issue is with the grates and burners. The grates and burners look like they are 5 years old already. Very disappointed unsure if I would recommend to anyone

We are happy with our LG range except for the display screen. The words are not back lit and not printed with a high gloss white color so it is very difficult to read the words. For such a sophisticated range and price it should be back lit or the words should be legible without having to shine a light on it. The symbol fo the Wi-Fi which is not necessary to be seen is lit but not the up/down or light or etc. symbols and words that are used repeatedly with every use. Lower cost ranges do not have this problem It was also not displayed as such in some of the marketing brochure. Not happy

Bought this unit brand new. Turned on the gas burners and they worked fine. Went to try and turn on the oven on Thanksgiving and the oven didnt work and started to smoke. Shared it with LG and they said they want to come out and try and rebuild the oven instead of replacing it. If I would have wanted a rebuilt oven I would have saved money and bought one rather than forking out hundreds of dollars for a new one. And I will also mention that I bought 3 LG appliances as a bundle. 1 of the 3 appliances worked when delivered. TERRIBLE products and TERRIBLE customer service. And good luck trying to find a rep to even answer your questions.

I received my new gas range 3 days ago on Saturday. The delivery went well. when I tried to level the range with my countertop the back lever broke off part is plastic and now the range is off balance. Called customer service and they said someone would be contacting me within 24 hours. This is now the third day and still no phone call. Took my old Range and gave me a broken one

Clock is extremely difficult to set. I keeps reverting to army time. Manual and technician no help Since time change impossible. Cook top needs cleaning after every use. Purchase spill mat which is worse

We have had this for about a month now and it works great. The front two burner work really well for heating things up fast. My only complaint is that the air fryer function doesnt work the same as a counter top one. But I think its just trail and error to get that part dialed in. Also it looks great and cleans really easily.

The way the burner grates are positioned makes it impossible to use the middle burner and/or grill pan and side burners at the same time. Big disappointment Also must remove grill plate to use the burners on each side. Horrible design Customer service not responsive. Promised a return call from customer liaison department 3 times. They have not called.

We purchased our LG gas range about a month and half. It was installed a couple of weeks ago. The range fine perhaps more complicated than it needs to be but fine.
I was able to register the appliance but trying for buy 1 year service was a disaster. Every number called and ever website you access sends you to another that quickly informs you its not the right place. Ridiculous I have given up tryingwhats going on what kind of customer service do you practice

Looks great I love less stainless and more porcelain Top porcelain still looks streaky after washing with soap and water but Im working on finding the solution.The blue interior seems easy to clean and really looks upscale.
A lot of extra feature that I will probably never use. I am not comfortable with remote start of a gas oven. But I am sure it will make the younger busy generation happy
